Kimberly just achieved her BIGGEST real estate goal by relocating her and her husband, Dan, from Wasilla, Alaska to the Pensacola area, that's over 4400 miles!  She's ready to help YOU achieve your real estate goals, too.  Going through a big move like this has been a very HUMBLING experience, and she understands the importance of having the RIGHT team along the way.  

Kimberly has lived and vacationed in the panhandle of Florida since 1984 and has returned for good in 2023!  Being closer to her family in Panama City, has definitely helped make this an obvious decision.  And while Alaska has so much to offer, majestic mountains and amazing wildlife, Kimberly and Dan also strongly desire year-round golfing and boating (and no more shoveling snow!)... what better place than NW Florida!  

Kimberly is in her 9th year in the real estate business, and what an amazing ride it's been!  Having over 20 years experience in the banking profession, this has been instrumental in helping her navigate through contracts, allowing for smooth transactions.
