Our home-buying experience surpassed any expectations we could have ever hoped for. We are new to the state of Alaska, and before even moving out here, Kimberly made us feel so welcome and excited for our new journey. We moved out family out to Alaska from California early in 2021. We contacted and met with multiple realtors to ensure we would be getting the best service during this exceptionally “white hot” market. When we met with Kimberly, we were pleased with her professionalism and knowledge of the areas we were looking at. She could explain the different areas of the Mat-Su Valley and the towns off the Glenn, that would meet our requirements. We ultimately found a home that we thoroughly liked. To make a long story short, the home owners had renters in the house and the renters threw a fit when they were told the owners were selling. The house was damaged by the renters and Kimberly stepped up and demanded all these issues and more be resolved. Kimberly knew our personality type and knew we would do the same.
