MEET KIMBERLY MCGOWAN

I am SO excited to be entering my 10th year in real estate, building on 9 years of proven experience and success. I have guided more than 100 families to achieve their real estate goals and have completed upwards of 135 transactions, with sales surpassing $37 million—starting out in Alaska and now thriving in the beautiful Northwest Florida region.

In 2023, I accomplished a major milestone by moving with my husband, Dan, from Wasilla, Alaska to the Pensacola area. Experiencing such a significant relocation firsthand, this has given me an insight into the importance of having a dependable, collaborative team throughout the process.

Since 1984, I both grew up and spent holidays in Florida’s panhandle. Being near family and friends in Panama City, made moving here an easy choice. While Alaska offers its own unique charm — majestic mountains and incredible wildlife — we were seeking year-round golfing and boating (and to leave snow shoveling behind). NW Florida truly felt like the perfect place!

With more than 20 years of experience in banking, this has helped me bring valuable skills that help with navigating smooth through contracts, negotiations and successfully close transactions. I pride myself on building long-lasting relationships with many clients, often forming lifelong friendships. I strive to consistently go above and beyond to make sure every step runs seamlessly, resulting in outstanding client satisfaction.
